Gluten- Free Sourdough Workshop!
Discover the art of gluten-free sourdough baking with Kirtley Freckleton, RN, health coach, and passionate baker. With so many recipes and methods out there, getting started can feel overwhelming—not to mention costly. Kirtley’s mission is to make gluten-free sourdough as simple and approachable as possible, giving you the confidence and tools you need to succeed at home.

Please Note: For those with a complete intolerance or Celiac Disease, the starter used in this workshop has been prepared in a kitchen that is not 100% gluten-free.

What You’ll Learn
• How to feed and care for a sourdough starter (you’ll get your own “Gluten-Free Friendly” starter, flour to feed it, and a glass jar to take it home)
• How to make a gluten-free dough loaf (demonstration only)
• How to navigate gluten-free flours, starches, and gums—and where to source them
• All three stages of the sourdough journey with in-class examples
• The key differences between traditional sourdough baking and gluten-free baking

• A printed packet with step-by-step instructions, recipes, and a tools list
• A dough whisk to take home
• Access to Kirtley’s private support chat after the class for continued help and guidance

YOU MAY CANCEL BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS, WE CAN OFFER YOU A REFUND IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE 72 HOURS. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 72 HOURS, YOU WILL LOSE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.

LATE POLICY

TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, WORKSHOPS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED START TIME. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO JOIN THE CLASS AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR TICKET. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO GET SETTLED BEFORE WE BEGIN.
