Building Routines that Work

Join a weekly August workshop hosted by a Mayo Clinic–trained health and wellness coach to help you navigate the seasonal shift with more ease. Together, we’ll create three personalized routines—a flexible plan A, B, and C—to support your busy life and ease the anxiety that often comes with changing schedules.

This is a casual and informative workshop for anyone needing help navigating upcoming routines.

Need extra support? You’re welcome to return for another session the following week to fine-tune your routine.

✨ Price is $25 per person. Ask about financial aid - if needed. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Rappahannock School Lunch Fund.
