Foraging for Mocktails

We’ll take a walk around the grounds to explore and identify edible (and drinkable) plants, then learn how to turn them into delicious, seasonal mocktails. You will learn different techniques to process the plants we find and get to enjoy some tasty drinks.

Led by our Development Director, Nora Venezky, who brings years of bartending experience and a passion for crafting foraged mocktails and cocktails, this workshop blends nature, flavor, and creativity.
