Would you like to promote your small business, boutique, or sell crafts, antiques, and more? The choir is sponsoring a farmers/flea market style event that will be open to the public right in our front parking lot!
Vendors spaces are parking-spaced sized (approx. 17.5' long by 8.5' wide). Each spot is $25. Any additional spot is $10. Vendors will be have access to restrooms and a choir booster’s sponsored hospitality area. Patriot Choir Volunteers will be available to assist!
Set-up time: 7am - 9am
Market Hours: 9am - 2pm
Tear-down time: 2pm - 4pm
**Please note that no weapons of any kind, illegal substances, tobacco, or alcohol are allowed on school property. The facility (including the parking lot and all other outdoor spaces) is tobacco and vape-free. These items may also not be sold. Vendors are also not permitted to bring pets onto the property.
Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted. Checks may be made payable to OVHS Choir Boosters. Please be sure to include your DLN on your check. Please drop off at the OVHS office during normal school hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have submitted both the registration and money.
Deadline for sign-ups: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH
You will be assigned a spot in the market once the Choir Boosters has received both your registration and payment. Thank you for supporting local business and the Patriot Choirs!
