✨️Start with a safety & paddle boarding lesson, paddle onto the serene water, drop our anchor and flow through comfortable, beginner level postures. There will be modifications available for those who are interested in stepping it up a notch to test your strength, balance and mobility. End with optional standing postures and finally arriving in Shavasana.
