Women's Womb Circle

A womb circle is a deep listening space crafted to support women in slowing down and finding a deeper connection to their womb and the stories it carries. We will use breath, sound, and movement to ground us into the body. There will be space for journaling and storytelling so bring your favorite journal and any other blankets or props that would make you feel comfortable.

In this circle, all activities will support us in honoring our grief. We will have an altar set up if you would like to bring a memento that reminds you of a loved one or something else you are actively grieving. Come to feel supported, heard, and connected.
