Fran Gallaher is an Intuitive Leadership Coach working at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and the practical. Guiding leaders to use intuition to make better decisions accessing critical and otherwise inaccessible information, drive innovation, increase confidence—especially regarding relationships—Fran assists her clients in making better decisions using the power of intuition to access critical, and otherwise inaccessible information, drive innovation, increase confidence—especially regarding their executive hires—and avoid leadership fails
From a childhood populated by non-physical beings, including a knight in full armor who stood outside her bedroom that only she could see, to the more than 30 years that Fran has studied spiritual philosophy, depth psychology, and a variety of esoteric practices, Fran uses intuition to bring through information for her clients, quickly establishing rapport to shorten the coaching process and make it extraordinarily personal, powerful, and, most importantly, effective.
Fran has been a featured speaker and facilitated programs for The Mayo Clinic, The Tennessee Hospital Association and Banner Health. For eight years, she was a faculty member for the Program in Intuition from the Kaiser Institute. Her clientele includes a diverse range of accomplished individuals, including physicians, corporate executives, and business leaders.
