As autumn deepens and the Full Moon in Taurus rises, we’re invited to slow down, reconnect, and listen — to the rhythm of the Earth, to the whispers of our ancestors, and to the quiet wisdom within our own hearts.
This gathering honors Samhain (Saah-win), the ancient Celtic turning of the seasons that marks the shift into the darker half of the year — a time for reflection, gratitude, and gentle release. Together, we’ll open our hearts with ceremonial Cacao, settle into a series of restorative Yin Yoga poses to soften the body and ground the spirit, and move inward through a guided meditation before resting in the deep resonance of a Sound Shower designed to soothe, center, and renew.
You’re welcome exactly as you are — whether you’re familiar with these practices or simply curious to explore them. You’re also invited to bring a small token or symbol from your lineage (a photo, object, or natural item) to honor your roots and the line of love that brought you here.
We’ll close the evening in shared silence, allowing the energy of the moon, movement, and sound to gently integrate.

Clarissa is a seasoned Sacred Space holder with over 16 years of experience. Certified as an E-RYT 500, RPYT, and YACEP®, she is also trained in Sound Healing, Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony Facilitation, Prenatal Yoga, and Mindfulness & Meditation. Drawing from Celtic and Earth-based traditions and her global studies, Clarissa creates multi-sensory experiences that blend sound, movement, and ritual to foster heart connection and deep inner harmony. She leads retreats, yoga teacher trainings, sound trainings, and community offerings throughout the Black Hills region, devoted to cultivating holistic well-being and spiritual growth.
