I am so pleased and delighted to offer this therapeutic, embodiment workshop, journeying through chakra energy centers, to the beloved community here in the Black Hills 💜🐟💫🌲
This will be a deeply immersive and experiential workshop, where we will connect to all 7 traditional Chakras - Root to Crown.
"Chakras" means "Wheels of light." They are energy centers, each with their own unique location, qualities & themes.
I find that this system is a holistic, beautiful, and powerful way to connect to one's body's wisdom. As I have been trained and taught, "The body is the densest form of soul."
You will BREATH, ROOT, FLOW, MOVE, EXPLORE, DANCE, CONNECT, and IMAGINE. I can attest as a health practitioner utilizing this system in conjunction with my 13+ years of naturopathic training that when one taps into the wisdom of the body through the Chakra system, powerful things happen. Energy moves. Release occurs. Gems of insight, clarity, and wisdom can be discovered.
