Free Gentle Yoga At The Park for Families & Friends

Come as you are! Yoga & meditation for all bodies, all levels, and a fun, easy space for mamas/families to practice with their kiddos.

Meet at the Entrance Gazebo of the Hatchery at The Spearfish City Park, and we can pick a spot to stretch. Bring a mat or blanket to stretch on, a cushion, and anything else you want/need to be comfy.

Our family will be there :)
