About the author:
Kathy Bjornestad (aka Kate Glass) is a retired public-school teacher and librarian. She has won a Wyoming Fellowship for Creative Fiction, placed in multiple writing contests, and published widely, including, most recently, in Sally Port Magazine. Kathy is part of South Dakota’s Speakers Bureau. Her portfolio includes four children’s books and an upcoming all-ages poetry and photography book. Under the pen name Kate Glass, she has released the dystopian romance, Persephone Rising, and plans to release its sequel this summer. You can find her at redheadswrite.net.
