YMCA Splash Day (FREE Swim Lesson)

HELP KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE. Teaching children how to be safe around water is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Drowning can happen nearly anywhere with standing water. But, as a parent or caregiver, you can’t keep your children sidelined. You need to equip them with the tools they need to be confident in and around water so they don’t lose out on the health benefits of exercise, the opportunities to bond with family and friends and the sense of accomplishment when they learn new skills.

YMCA SPLASH DAY can help you make sure they learn essential water safety skills, which can open up a world of possibilities for them to satisfy their curiosity safely.

A typical session includes:

Basic pool rules that keep you safer around water
What to do if someone needs help in the water
How to get to safety if you jump in water over your head
How to keep yourself safe if you cannot get to a safe point
When and how to properly wear a life jacket

Ages 3-5: 9am-9:45am (15 spots capacity)

Ages 6-12: 10am-10:45am (15 spots capacity)

Ages 13 & Above 11am-11:45am (15 spots capacity)
