Cardiac Connection-Fall Prevention

September brings the first day of Fall, which happens to mark the start of Falls Prevention Awareness Week. Join us on Wed September 17 at 12p, as movement expert, TJ Mack, shares ways to strengthen your muscles, including the heart, to prevent falls.

Cardiac Connection is a monthly community group that supports people of all ages who have experienced a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, had surgery related to the heart or are at risk for heart disease. Relevant topics and speakers vary each month. Bring your lunch and a friend!
