Join Edward Yuhas and M. Virginia Kelly for a relaxing sound journey that will facilitate balance, calm, and a peaceful resetting of the body, mind, and spirit. Using quartz singing bowls, handpan, voice, chimes, frame drum, guitar, shakers, and other sacred instruments of healing, we will journey to a peaceful place of alignment and restoration. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, bolsters, props, and blankets to enhance your comfort during the session...
