*Donors should eat a good meal and drink plenty of water
*Donors should bring a photo ID to the event
*Walk-ins can be taken, but making an appointment is preferred
*Whole blood donors can donate every 56 days/8 weeks
*Double Red Cell donors can donate every 112 days/16 weeks
