Herp Club Walk at North Point State Park

With our ongoing construction at the building, our Herp Club is doing something a little different from our usual evening meeting. And everyone is invited! Let’s go on a herp walk at North Point State Park with Tom Scollins, our herpetology curator. We will be on the lookout for native reptiles and amphibians along the park’s dirt and gravel paths, and a possible path through brush. There is a great diversity of species in this area, and a great opportunity to get up close and learn about our native herps.

This trip is offered to everyone at no cost; however, you do need to RSVP to receive the meeting details by email. You don’t have to be a member of the Herp Club to attend. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the club. Note: There is a $3 parking fee due at the park upon entrance.
