Many of you may have noticed that it is no longer springtime and temperatures are rising slightly. That makes for perfect evening running weather. So come out and exercise your legs and lungs and pores and livers with MRC Reno's bi-monthly expedition to Sparks

Get together with friends old and new, shake out a 5k, and have a beer or two. See you at the usual 2nd-and-4th-Wednesday-run spot, The Huntsman Tavern in Sparks! Happy hour prices all night for runners!
