As autumn arrives, give yourself the gift of slowing down. Join me for a soothing one-hour sound bath designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and welcome the grounding energy of the season.

You’ll be guided through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments that support deep rest and relaxation. No experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat or towel, a blanket, pillow, and anything else to help you settle in and soften.
