Boots Returned Home is a charitable initiative by the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Chapter 49-6, committed to supporting combat veterans and their families. Our mission is simple:

Start Location: Little Acorn – 2600 E Canyon Rd, Spanish Fork, UT 84660
Registration: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Fee: $25 Rider
$20 Passenger

• Start: Little Acorn – Spanish Fork Canyon
• Stop 1: Mt. Pleasant VFW – 50 N 100 W, Mt. Pleasant, UT
• Stop 2: Jenkins Flat Vault Toilet (yep, you’ll know it when you see it)
• Stop 3: Central Utah Veterans Home – 1551 N Main St, Payson, UT
• Finish: Last Call Sports Bar & Grill – 135 N 2000 W, Springville, UT

Please send the appropriate amount ($25/rider, and $20 for passenger if applicable), to @cvmautah496 on Venmo. In the Venmo "What's this for?" line, put August 23rd and the names of those being pre-registered for. (ex: August 23rd: John Doe and Jane Doe). Please do not submit this as a business transaction. Submitting this form is the first step, but you will not be fully pre-registered until the fee has been submitted via Venmo.
