� 8 Rounds for Time (40-min cap):
� 19 cal Echo Bike
� 10 Deadlifts (155/115)
� 20 Pull-ups
� 04 Burpee Over Box (24/20)

� At the 40-minute mark:
“Never Let Go” Max Dead Hang Challenge

� Finish with:
365-meter Partner Sandbag Carry (150/100)
“You’re Not Alone.”
