Are you ready to refresh your energy and begin your Saturday mornings with Zen? 🌿 Our next Zen Fusion block starts Saturday 4th October at The Zen Space, 9–10am.
Zen Fusion is a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, and mindful fitness — designed to awaken the body, ground the mind, and support you in moving with strength, balance, and flow. Each week, a different teacher brings their own flavour:
