Children’s Art Exhibition
We warmly invite young local artists to submit their artwork for our upcoming Children’s Art Exhibition, a joyful celebration of creativity, imagination, and self-expression.
Children of all ages are welcome to participate. We are excited to showcase a wide variety of artworks created using different styles and materials.
Artwork welcome: Paintings, drawings, mixed media - open theme. Minimum size A4 and max A1
£1 per entry (entry fees will go to the Prize Fund)
3 Age Categories: 0-5yrs, 6-10yrs & 11-16yrs
Prizes for each age group (judging by professional local artist Jacs Harris & Erika and Andrew from The Sessions House)
Special Prize Category for artworks inspired by The Sessions House building (winner to be chosen by Erika Yao)
📍 Exhibition location: The Sessions House, Sheep Market, Spalding, PE11 1BB
📆 Exhibition dates: Sat 28th February & Sun 1st March 2026, 10am-3pm, Open to the public
📆 Private View for artists and families & Prize-giving: 9am-10am Saturday 28th February
📆 Artwork submission: Bring your work along to The Sessions House on 26th & 27th February between 4pm-6pm. £1 cash per artwork entry fee to be paid at submission.
📆 Artwork collection: Sunday 1st March 3-5pm or Monday 2nd March 4-6pm
Artwork will be displayed on tables and boards so you will need to choose from the following:
Mount artwork in a frame that has stand on the back
Mount artwork on strong cardboard so we can attach a stand to the back for it to be displayed standing up.

This is a wonderful opportunity for children to share their creativity, gain confidence, and see their artwork displayed in a public exhibition. We can’t wait to celebrate our young artists!
