Castle Time Warp

Join us for a special free fitness session as we celebrate the incredible journey of the Castle Sports Complex before work starts on the new health and wellbeing hub. This event is a heartfelt tribute to the past and present instructors and customers who have made our community so vibrant and inspiring.
Expect a fun, energising 2 hour workout from 6-8pm, suitable for all levels.
If you would prefer to not join in with the fitness session, please feel free to join us afterwards for light refreshments from 8-9pm in the Wellness Room and a chance to share memories, stories, and smiles. Whether you’ve been with us for years or just joined recently, we’d love to see you there!
