Welcome to OutRAGEus – a radical day of emotional alchemy, self-expression, and deep release.

Hosted at the beautiful SOUL Wellness Hub & Café, this powerful one-day workshop is an invitation to meet your anger with curiosity, compassion, and courage. Through breathwork, movement, kundalini activation, and inner child healing, you'll explore the wisdom beneath your rage—and learn to transform it into strength, clarity, and truth.

Whether your anger simmers quietly or erupts like fire, this is your safe, supported space to feel it, express it, and release it. Expect to move, breathe, scream, shake, and laugh—this is emotional liberation, not just self-care.

A bit about the space:

This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly event. Please respect all that attend.

As the Temple space at the venue is upstairs, this event may not be accessible to all. If you are a wheelchair user but have some mobility and simply need support with getting you / your chair upstairs we are happy to help, just let us know.

There are yoga mats and pillows at the event, part will be sitting and part will be movement, please feel free to bring anything you need to make your day more comfortable. If you need a chair providing for you, just let us know.

This is a medium to high intensity event. Your safety is our priority. While this is a supportive and held space, you are always in control of your process. You are encouraged to:

• Take breaks as needed
• Sit out or adapt any practices that don’t feel right for your body or nervous system
• Speak with a facilitator at any point during the day

⚠️ Contraindications & Important Information

This workshop includes breathwork, emotional release practices, and Kundalini-inspired movement. These techniques can be powerful and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please read the following carefully before booking:

🛑 This workshop is not suitable for you if you are:

• Pregnant
• Have a history of severe mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia, unmanaged bipolar disorder)
• Have epilepsy or seizures
• Have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure not managed by Medic*tion, or serious heart conditions
• Recently undergone major surgery or physical trauma
• Experiencing acute PTSD or complex trauma that is currently untreated
• Taking antipsychotic Medic*tion
