All-Levels Puppy Yoga Class

Join us for a joyful and grounding All-Levels Puppy Yoga experience! This 60-minute class is designed to be light-hearted, welcoming, and full of tail wags. Open to all levels of yoga experience (from seasoned yogis to curious first-timers), this class pairs gentle movement and mindful breathwork with the delightful presence of playful puppies. Why Puppy Yoga? Bringing puppies into the yoga space can help reduce stress, boost mood, and deepen relaxation. The presence of animals has been shown to release oxytocin (the "feel-good hormone"), helping you feel more at ease and connected. Plus, their joyful, curious energy is infectious — it reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously and to fully embrace the present moment.

Class Details:

Two class times:
1st class at 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM
2nd class at 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
Limited to 15 participants — reserve your spot early!
$40 per person
Ages 16+ only!
Please bring your own yoga mat (puppy cuddles and occasional accidents are part of the charm!)
Treats generously provided by Nicole Provenzano. Kindly do not bring your own treats or toys.
