To lie back, close your eyes and be cocooned in a gentle wave of sound. Enjoy a deeply soothing sound journey using crystal bowls, soft percussion and peaceful tones to calm your mind, body and soul.

✨ Perfect if you’re feeling frazzled, overwhelmed or just ready to let go of what you’re carrying.

✨ No experience needed. Just come as you are and let the sound do the work.
