With this Sound bath we will be focusing on sending loving kindness to ourselves.

Settling down on our mats with cosy blankets, cushions, bolsters and eye pillows we will begin with a soothing meditation before the wonderful vibrations of the sound bathing �
Option to have some facial oil to really feel the self care and nourishment during the class
