Free Outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong, Formby

Come along and enjoy free Tai Chi and Qigong in the peaceful setting of Platinum Jubilee Park. A gentle way to move, breathe, and unwind.

• Dates: Saturdays 13th & 27th September
• Time: 10–11am
• Location: Platinum Jubilee Park, 130 Lonsdale Road, Formby (next to Formby Little Theatre)

Everyone welcome—no experience needed. Just wear comfy clothes, flat shoes, and dress for the weather. You may like to bring a drink with you.

Children welcome with an accompanying adult.

Completely free to join; donations are always appreciated but never expected.

Weather dependent—sessions may be cancelled in poor conditions.

Please note: No shelter or toilets in the park!
