Frühlingsfest Weekend kicks off on Thursday Evening this year--May Day--with our Special Frühlings Dinner and our Tapping the Maibock Ceremony with MashCraft Braumeister Andrew Castner, the architect of our great local MashCraft-GAK Frühlingsfest Maibock. Dinner opens at 5:00 PM in the Edelweiss. Special Spring Menu.
