Blessing of the Animals

🐈 Resurrection celebrates all God’s creatures with an outdoor Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 4:30 p.m. the day after the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, a Christian saint remembered for his love of nature. Bring your animal companions (children’s stuffies are welcome, too) to Resurrection’s parking lot for a short, 30-minute service and blessing. Live animals should be in the control of an adult at all times.
