Nairn Show is back for 2025!
Join us on Saturday 26th July 2025 as we celebrate the return of Nairn Show!
With our location in Nairn at Davidson Park, we are more connected to the town than ever. Walking distance from the High Street, FREE
parking and community buses running from the bus station from 9am-3pm, Nairn Show is accessible for all.
Join us for the day, with something for the whole family. Get up and close with award-winning
cows, sheep and horses, view the spectacular 1902 Fowler B5 Showmans Engine " Duke of Rutland "! Following the successful launch of Nairn Show’s Kids Zone, we are delighted to see its return for 2025. Families can find a safe area full of educational and fun
things for everyone to do and keep entertained for the day. Where you can milk a cow, discover
more about farming and play games!
View all livestock judging from 9am - 12pm, then watch the Champion of Champions parade in
our main ring- where you will also witness Vintage Tractors, hilarity-filled Young Farmers
Entertainment, Sheep Dog Trials and so much more! We are delighted to welcome the Nairn &
District Pipe Band and Word Champions Galcantray Clydesdale Horse Display to the show in our main ring to provide spectators with a spectacular interlude during the day.
Our dog friendly day out also allows for your pooch to feature in our main ring pet parade or dog race. This year, local dog boarders Brodies Kennel are sponsoring this popular main ring hilarity, with each 1st place winner receiving a £25 cash prize!
Or, our young visitors can join in our main ring races. With 3 different age ranges for children of
all ages to have a fair turn at racing.
Not forgetting the variety of open-to-all tent competitions from wine, honey, horticulture, flower arranging and kids competitions. All with free entry and new for this year increased cash prizes.
Speaking of competitions the Nairn Show Speed Shear will return following public demand!
When the show field closes at 5pm the bar will set off the Speed Shear where the public are
welcome to enjoy the display of shearing sheep in record time.
Community committees such as Nairn Wine Circle, Nairn & District Beekeepers, Nairn
Allotments Society, Nairn Gardeners Club and Nairn Orchard Association all have displays at
Nairn Show. Learn all about these amazing clubs in our local area and see the work they do to
bring together people whilst educating the public.
Local businesses will proudly be on display around the field and in our craft tent, food fayre and sponsoring our fantastic Show. Check out their wares and learn more about the local economy that makes Nairn & District so special and Nairn Show such a grand day out for all.
Nairn Show’s bar has an alcohol license from 11am - 1am. We are delighted that we no longer
have to shut the showfield at anypoint in the day, and will have catering available until late. After
an excellent day out, join us to boogie the night away at our marquee dance, with good music
from the absolute riot that is DJ Ollie, plenty to eat & drink and great company🥳🐑🥕
