An immersive training for yoga teachers ready to go beyond sequencing into healing.

This training bridges the wisdom of Ayurveda and the science of Yoga Therapy to teach you how to design personalized, therapeutic yoga sessions rooted in energetics. You’ll learn how asanas affect the five prana vayus, support the digestive fire (agni), and aid in the elimination of malas — guiding the body-mind system back to balance.

We explore how to read the body and breath through the Ayurvedic lens, how to adapt movement to the time of day, season, and dosha, and how to work one-on-one with students to support real transformation.

This is not just about postures — it’s about purposeful movement, energetic alignment, and healing from within.

· Yoga as therapy/scope of practice

· Overview of six movement of spine

· Energetics of Ayurvedic Asanas

· Create and adapt yoga classes base on Ayurveda principles

· Understand Ayurvedic variables for sequencing yoga class

· Principles of compensation and adapting movement for the student

· How to teach Vata, Pitta and kapha yoga classes

· Energetic Effect of the Breath

· Effect of postures on Five vayus
