About the event

Group Reiki & Sound Healing Meditation Class

Join us for a deeply restorative group reiki session combining the gentle energy healing of reiki with the soothing vibrations from a mix of bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.

In this class, participants will relax in a peaceful environment while receiving reiki energy which promotes balance, stress relief, and emotional healing. Simultaneously, the various sound healing tools will help guide the body and mind into a meditative, calm state, enhancing the healing experience.

Please bring a pillow, blanket, water, and/or eye mask if you choose!
