Full Moon Community Song Circle & Sound Healing featuring Katie Snyder, Steph Plant & Aria Thomé
Saturday, December 6th, 7-10pm

We welcome you to join us for a rich night of connection, expression and release in celebration of December's Full Moon.

The evening will begin with somatic exercises to open the physical body and voice before embarking on the song circle journey together.

Participants can expect heartfelt songs that invite play, depth and levity - no experience or confidence in singing necessary! Steph will be playing guitar, Katie on the crystal bowls. Shakers will be available to join in on the percussive experience.

From there, we find our restful space to lay back and receive the healing sounds and vibrations offered with Aria's gift of sound.

May we sing. May we share. May we laugh. May we cry. May we soften. May we release. May we feel free to be just as we are… and so much more.
