It's a sonic soak! Our 90-minute practice ends with the therapeutic use of heated basalt stones for a lengthy Hot Stone Savasana. Crystal bowls singing, harmonium humming, chimes fluttering, all moving through the air like tiny wingbeats. Overhead, recorded birdsong threads through the space, a chorus of feathered guides lifting the energy into something bright, primal, and deeply familiar.
Beside it all, Bruce, a gifted musician, coaxes resonance from a specially tuned guitar, notes tuned for melody and meaning, crafted to meet the body’s need for restoration. Each string vibrates like a heartbeat finding its way home.
Together, these sounds and gentle flowing movements and stillness weave a sanctuary... earthy, ethereal, and vibrationally precise. Practitioners are invited into a gentle unraveling, a reset for the nervous system, where breath softens, spirit steadies, and the world feels possible again.
