yoga with weights

Burn body fat, strengthen, tone and become more flexible!
We only use light weights, but can assure you that that is enough.
The sessions are not holistic, although there is a well deserved shavasana at the end, allowing your body time to rest.
All sessions are £10.00
I supply the weights, yes you're welcome to bring your own.
