Self Healing and Energy Work

Hi. My name is David Aarons and I am the chief practitioner at the Harmonious Healing Hub. I have been a practicing holistic therapist for over 30 years and have been an energy worker since 2004, initially with Reiki and I am now qualified as a Master Teacher in Usui Reiki. I have continued to study energy work in various other systems which I will continue to do for as long as I am able.

The evening will include:

An introduction to energy work for self healing.
What it is and why it is important to understand it.
How it impacts our health and how we can use it for self healing
This will include learning a couple of practical techniques that you will be able to practice.
