We are excited to host Sonja Adams, from Sisters of Luna, a trained specialist who weaves together Conscious Connected Breathwork and Reiki healing for a truly holistic evening.
Breathwork is a powerful path to clarity and deep emotional release. While you are in your breath journey, Sonja will be sharing Reiki energy to promote relaxation and facilitate deeper healing. She will also ground the evening by connecting the practice to the insights of the current astrological alignments, helping you work with the natural flow of the cosmos.

Breathwork is such an amazing experience, if you would like to join the session it will be £10. Spaces are very limited so we advise prebooking.
