Aerial Yoga Pop-Up Class

Join us for our monthly Aerial Yoga class, specially designed for those with prior aerial yoga and/or general yoga experience. This class offers a deeper exploration of aerial techniques, building on foundational skills to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness.For practitioners looking to refine their practice and challenge themselves in a supportive, uplifting environment. Space is limited (just 7 swings available) so reserve your spot early!
