Sound bath

Relaxing sound bath in st marks institute, Victoria road, woolston, Southampton SO199DY.
Come along for some well deserved me time. Enjoy the vibrations of the different instruments, which can bring deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
All that you need to bring is yoga mats, pillows, blankets and anything that makes you comfy. There are chairs available if you are unable to lay down or you can bring your own.

To note this is event is not suitable for pregnancy within the first trimester or anyone with sound induced epilepsy.
