Mysore Self Practice

Self-Practice is the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga.
Turn up for the start of the session and then work through the sequence at your own pace with my guidance and assists. This method really gives you the time to dive deep into the practice and work on any challenges you may face. It is like having a 121 in a group setting.
If you are an existing Ashtanga client then you are welcome to, practice either Primary or Intermediate Series. If you are new to me then Primary series only, please.
Some knowledge and familiarity with the series is required. You can work from memory or use a cheat sheet or book. I will have cheat sheets and some books for you to use.
When you are finished you can stay until the end of the session or leave,
