We’re throwing a special party to toast our heroes & mark 80 years since Victory in Europe!

🎶 1940s music all day & singalongs by the piano.
VE Day Family History Quiz.
Victory Cocktails & Mocktails (including the 'Spitfire Spritz' 🍸).
Ration Book Colouring Activities.
Memory Wall of Photos (please bring yours in throughout the week to be photocopied and added to the wall).
👗 Dressing up in 1940s outfits encouraged!

Special Timed Moments:

🕟 4:30 PM – Children's toast, radio replay & confetti:
Gather the kids for a mini version of Winston Churchill’s famous afternoon announcement — that occurred that afternoon 80 years ago!

🕘 9 PM – The King's Speech:
We’ll play the historic radio address from King George VI, just as it happened at 9pm in 1945. A perfect moment to reflect and toast together. Followed by revelry late into the evening!!
