Join us for a morning ruck around Albert Park Lake.

Meet at the parking area in front of The Boatshed for a 6km flat walk with weight.

Bring your own rucksack or weighted vest or grab a demo RUKSAK or RUKVEST from us ... we have 2 x RUKSAK backpacks (carry upto 15kg) or 5 x 11kg, 8 x 5kg, 8 x 8kg and 2 x 3kg Vests.
