September Meditation and Sound Bath with Liz Holcomb

Please note: A minimum of 3 participants is required for this class to run. If fewer than 3 people are signed up, the class may be canceled.

This 75-minute session begins with a guided meditation to gently release physical tension, quiet the mind, and invite ease throughout the body. We'll focus on relaxation techniques and gentle visualization to promote balance and clarity flowing seamlessly into a sound bath.

You then will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal alchemy bowls—vibrational tones known to support the nervous system, ease stress, and encourage deep rest.
