Our meditation group is a safe space to breathe deeply, ground yourself, and open to the peace and presence that’s always within reach. Come as you are — no experience needed, just an open heart ❤️ £5pp, been brought forward to 5pm still on a Wednesday Gem 💎 Please try and get to Serenity ten minutes before the class as the door closes at 5pm sharp 😊
