Come to all, or book single sessions.
Meet new friends, chat, stretch, relax finding ways to find your calm. Variety of wellbeing activities for teens to choose, no pressure to do, just be. We cant wait to welcome, support and nourish the young people with ways to wellness!
Only for year 7-11 (11-16 years)
Everything provided, mats, comfy cushions and blankets to use during relaxation session, including a picnic tea too!
Gifts include a Cool water bottle and phone accessory!

We really would like to extend the activities regularly after this trial, but we need young people to help us shape the sessions to what they would like it to be.
What it won't be is competitive, exclusive or boring! Come and help us! 🙌😎
