About the event

February half term: Soaring seabirds trail
Learn all about the soaring seabirds that call Souter home. From chatty kittiwakes to graceful guillemots, remarkable razorbills to terrific terns, discover the wild side of the lighthouse.

This trail is free but lighthouse admission applies. Start the trail from the lighthouse admission desk.

Suitable for children of all ages. Must be accompanied by an adult. We'd advise wrapping up for the weather and wearing sensible shoes.

This trail will take place both on the ground floor of the lighthouse, which has ramped access, and on paths around the lighthouse. Paths outside are largely flat and hard-surfaced. May be some uneven ground or muddy spots, depending on the weather.
