An opportunity to discuss and process life changing events?
Have you been in a medicine ceremony or had other transformative experiences? What is the next step?
How do you take what you have seen or felt and use it in your daily life?
This is what this circle is all about; Integration.
Tiffany Forsyth Is an Integration and Transformation Coach.
She will will be leading us in this discussion to understand this invaluable process.
This is the most important part of the journey. Please value the work you are doing to heal and process what you have learned.

Just bring yourself and your water bottle, maybe a friend.
