Ecology Lecture: Nature in Horror Films and Books

Join Park Ranger Sydney Raftery at the Main Library on Thursday, October 16th at 6:30pm for our Ecology Lecture Series! To celebrate Halloween, this month we will be embarking on an exciting exploration of the captivating realm of horror films and books. Our focus will be on the often overlooked, yet fascinating, roles that plants and animals play within these narratives, examining how they are utilized, portrayed, and ultimately, contribute to the overall atmosphere and storytelling.

This program is part of the Wildlife & Ecology Lecture Series, which is geared towards adults. Older children are also welcome.
