This is an in-person and virtual event. You will receive the Zoom link via email once you complete registration.Connect with your innate creative power through an immersive afternoon like none other. Delight in a relaxed combination of meditation, collective-creation, collage, and personal reflection. Accompanied by an eclectic selection of instrumental music, you will be guided through a gentle series of circular creative practices, designed to encourage and support a state of creative flow and expansive expression. By accessing this process-oriented, nonlinear state of mind, you will expand your capacity for presence, creative problem-solving, innovation and curiosity. This process invites you into the moment, releasing perfectionism and attachment to outcome, opening into imagination and possibility. No artistic experience necessary, all materials are supplied for you.
